IP Infringement Policy

Last updated: May 28, 2026 | Reporting Contact: [email protected]

This policy explains Velora's procedures for reporting and handling claims of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property infringement on our AI video generation platform.

1. Overview

Velora respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. As a platform for generating and hosting AI-created video content, we are committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws.

2. DMCA Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used on our platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written takedown notice to our designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:
  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on Velora.
  • Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

3. AI-Generated Content Guidelines

Due to the nature of generative AI, users must ensure the prompts and scripts they input do not direct the AI to generate infringing material. Velora claims no ownership over user-generated content, but reserves the right to terminate accounts that repeatedly use the service to generate infringing content or violate the intellectual property of third parties.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

5. Trademark Infringement

For trademark infringement claims, please provide a notice detailing the trademark being infringed, your trademark registration details, and the specific location of the allegedly infringing material on our platform.
